From a hobby to a new outlook on life
Brumble Bee Candles was born from a life-altering moment. On September 12, 2023, while driving home from work, an accident changed my entire world forever. The resulting spinal injury became a challenge I would carry for the rest of my life.
As a mother of three, I had always been active and busy. However, the injury meant losing my job and facing a very different pace of life. Encouraged by my husband to find a new hobby, I decided to try my hand at making candles.
I began with soy but quickly transitioned to beeswax, seeking a more eco-friendly and natural path. Using pure cotton wicks and all-natural fragrance oils, I shared my first creations with friends. When someone asked what I would call my new venture, I chose a nickname from my husband’s youth—and Brumble Bee Candles was born.
I fell in love with the craft, and seeing the joy on people’s faces at local fairs made me cherish it even more. Today, my mission is simple: to bring that same joy into as many homes as possible.
When I say “from my heart to your home,” I mean it deeply. I pour every candle with the love I have for my family and the profound love I have for life itself.
